Practice
Practice is a noun (naming word) or adjective (describing word).
I must go to the practice this afternoon. (noun)
My doctor’s practice is in Rose Bay. (noun)
I hit a practice shot. (adjective)
Practise
Practise is a verb (doing word).
I must practise the piano more.
The same rule applies to advice/advise.
American usage
In American usage, both the noun and verb forms are spelled the same.
A doctor’s practice.
She practiced the piano.
