Reader’s question: It is my contention that particularly when delivering a PowerPoint presentation using bullet points there should not be full stops at the end of each line. For example:
Results for the year:
- Growth in sales
- Reduction in overheads
- Increase in profit
Answer: I agree. You don’t need full stops in PowerPoint in bullet points consisting of phrases or single sentences.
